Data duplication system

Data duplication system

Data duplication system works in prepress division to reduce risks of information losses. All the materials from work stations are automatically copied to server daily. After fulfillment of the order data is recorded to the DVD archive (excluding serial publications). Archive disks are recorded in two copies, which are stored in different, distant of each other places in the office. The archive is indexed so as to make the order materials to be found and extracted from the archive in a few minutes. By January 2010 the value of archive is 468 pairs of disks, which store almost a terabyte of information. First files are dated middle 1997.

Coloring test printer Epson Stylus PRO 4800. Largeat ink-jet printer Epson Stylus PRO 4800 is used for digital coloring test press. Digital coloring test (or halftone coloring test) is a test, in which multicolored image doesn`t have a polygraphical screen-type structure, and the source is the proper image in digital form. The result substantially depends on the digital coloring test execution quality. Use of Epson UltraChrome K3 ink and Premium Semigloss Photo Paper allow to achieve color coverage enough for polygraphic printing process reproduction. The process itself is carried out via printing of the file on ink-jet plotter using profiles which provide digital coloring test correspondence to printing terms.

These are devices to control printing stamps on the operational control scale. Devices measure ink layer thickness, spread in halftones and shades of image. Monitoring corresponds to European printing standards, that allow high-quality production manufacturing. X-Rite PrintDOT allows visual monitoring of the form of a spot , control printed component elements, measures raster point percent and absorbance value, shows information about raster lineature and angular deflection. Using the device it is possible to measure on all the types of plates, analogue and digital coloring tests, films and printing stamps.

Direct exposure system HEIDELBERG Suprasetter 105S(CTP). B1 format. CtP complex allows manufacturing of printing plates not just considerably faster, but also a better quality due to an exclusion of film copy and output operations. Time for adjustment decreases, efficiency of execution of order increases. The capacity is 20 plates per hour using 2540 dpi resolution and 175 lpi lineature. At customer`s wish output using 200 lpi is available.

The main feature of this machine is a complete lack of mechanical regulations for the tirage. All the alignments for a certain tirage and working process control are carried out using a sensor monitor. It is equipped with a four-line folding mechanism. Stationing of cover and nipping table, nipping power regulation and it`s output, parallelism of nipping table relative to carriage, possibility of flank rounding are carried out from the central panel. Stationing precision sensor, automatic block nipping with a time delay regulation, spring loaded beads of a primary nipping are used in block loading section.
